BUSINESS PLAN FOR MAKING PAINT BRUSHES AND BRISTLE BRUSHES

Introduction 

Oval ferruled, bound brushes are used for finer painting tasks like varnishing and final finishing of paint work, while round ferruled, bound brushes are used for more labor-intensive painting tasks like preparing the ground, applying undercoat, and filling in the surfaces of under painting.

Plant Capacity

The profiled project envisages production of 100 brushes a day. 

Production Process

A spiking machine opens and separates raw fibers, bristles, or hair. Then they are dressed and bundled in accordance with their thickness and length. Ferrules are made by shearing MS sheets and pressing them. Ferrules are loaded with bristles and dipped from the bottom side in vulcaisig rubber solution to properly soak the bristle roots. Wooden handles are nailed after being placed in an electric hot air baking oven to achieve correct bristle setting under controlled temperature. Finally, the brushes are inspected and packed.

 

Market Research
Paint brushes and natural bristle fiber brushes are commonly used in construction, art, and carpentry. This company is expanding, although it is still in its early stages.
